Self-Pickup at Company Address: Collect your items in person at our office located at Flat C, 4/F, 351 & 353 King's Rd, North Point, Hong Kong. Pickup is available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM HKT) by appointment only.
Delivery: Items can be shipped to your provided address through a courier service selected by the seller.
Shipping costs vary based on the following factors:
Location: The destination address of the buyer.
Item Price: The value of the purchased item(s).
Weight and Size: The physical dimensions and weight of the item(s).
Costs for delivery will be discussed and agreed upon between the buyer and seller at the time of purchase. For face-to-face pickup or self-pickup, no additional shipping fees apply unless otherwise specified by the seller.
Sellers: Responsible for arranging and fulfilling the agreed-upon shipping or pickup method, ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Sellers must provide accurate details about shipping terms in their listings.
Buyers: Responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup and contact information and coordinating with the seller for face-to-face pickup or self-pickup arrangements. Buyers must cover any applicable shipping costs for delivery.
Face-to-Face Pickup: Timelines are subject to mutual agreement between the buyer and seller.
Self-Pickup: Available within 5 business days after auction close, subject to appointment confirmation.
Delivery: Shipping timelines depend on the courier service and destination. Sellers will provide estimated delivery times upon confirmation of the order.

Any issues related to the condition or delivery of items should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
