To complete the registration process and participate in auctions on TCG Bid, bidders must choose one of the following payment options:
1. Payment Method (Credit/Debit Card)
Add a valid credit or debit card to your account through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
If you win any lots in the auction, your card will be automatically charged the full amount at the end of the auction.
2. Cash Deposit
A cash deposit of HK$2,000 is required to complete registration.
If you do not win any lots: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 working days.
If you win lots and the total amount is less than HK$2,000: No additional payment is required, and the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded within 7 working days.
If you win lots and the total amount exceeds HK$2,000: The deposit will be applied toward the total amount, and you must pay the remaining balance within 7 days.
By participating in TCG Bid auctions, you agree to comply with these payment terms. Failure to settle outstanding balances within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of won lots and/or suspension of your account.
