Payment Terms And Special Fees

To complete the registration process and participate in auctions on TCG Bid, bidders must choose one of the following payment options:

1. Payment Method (Credit Card)

Add a valid credit or debit card to your account through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Payment Method 

Upon successfully winning an auction item, a portion of the order total will be automatically charged to your credit card, calculated as follows:

• Order total ≤ HK$1,000: The full amount will be charged to the credit card.
• Order total HK$1,001 to HK$10,000: The charged amount will be approximately 30% of the order total plus the remainder (the order total minus the percentage-based charge).
• Order total > HK$10,000: The charged amount will be approximately 20% of the order total plus the remainder.

Balance Payment 

The remaining balance of the order must be settled via bank transfer within 72 hours after the auction closes. Payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and transfer fees are borne by the bidder. Failure to settle the balance on time will result in the order being deemed forfeited.

Order Cancellation Policy 

If an order is canceled or forfeited for any reason, the amount charged to the credit card will not be refunded.

2. Cash Deposit

A cash deposit of HK$2,000 is required to complete registration.

If you do not win any lots: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 working days.

If you win lots and the total amount is less than HK$2,000: No additional payment is required, and the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded within 7 working days.

If you win lots and the total amount exceeds HK$2,000: The deposit will be applied toward the total amount, and you must pay the remaining balance within 72 hours after the auction ends.

By participating in TCG Bid auctions, you agree to comply with these payment terms. Failure to settle outstanding balances within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of won lots and/or suspension of your account.
