Important Notice

By participating in a TCG BID auction and placing a bid, you agree to the following terms:

Bidder Eligibility 

Participants must be at least 18 years old and complete registration on the TCG BID platform.

Payment Method 

Upon successfully winning an auction item, a portion of the order total will be automatically charged to your credit card, calculated as follows:

• Order total ≤ HK$1,000: The full amount will be charged to the credit card.
• Order total HK$1,001 to HK$10,000: The charged amount will be approximately 30% of the order total plus the remainder (the order total minus the percentage-based charge).
• Order total > HK$10,000: The charged amount will be approximately 20% of the order total plus the remainder.

Balance Payment 

The remaining balance of the order must be settled via bank transfer within 72 hours after the auction closes (by 23:59:59 on September 9, 2025). Payments must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), and transfer fees are borne by the bidder. Failure to settle the balance on time will result in the order being deemed forfeited.

Order Cancellation Policy 

If an order is canceled or forfeited for any reason, the amount charged to the credit card will not be refunded.

Item Delivery 

Items will be arranged for delivery or collection after full payment is confirmed. Details regarding delivery methods and costs will be provided after the auction. Bidders are responsible for related shipping costs and taxes (if applicable).

Dispute Resolution 

For any disputes, please contact TCG BID customer service within 72 hours of the auction’s conclusion. We will review the dispute and provide a resolution, with TCG BID reserving the final decision.

Force Majeure 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., system failures or natural disasters) that prevent the auction from proceeding, TCG BID will notify bidders and reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction.

Your personal and payment information will be securely protected in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
